Your

or union approved courses under the Trade Union and Labour Relations

Trade Union Duties & Activities 1998, and the Safety Representatives
and Safety Committees Regulations 1977. These rights apply to part-time

Expenses
Your
employer will not normally pay your travel or subsistence expenses for
the course. However, most trade unions reimburse reps for reasonable
expenses associated with attending the course, normally in arrears.
You will need to contact a Branch or full-time officer to find out how
to claim for these expenses.
